96 well plate cross contamination
I am using a 96 well plate to test antibiotic semsitivity if bacteria but after incubation, i found bacteria even in the control (i.e the one not containing bacteria / blank). I am suspecting that while incubation, the condensation that formed on the plate lid resulted in cross contamination of the wells. Any tips? Suggestions? I was considering sealing the plate with plastic but si
