It is difficult to come out to a conclusion, specially when giving the factors such as the vehicle did not posses air bags and the individuals were somewhat unconscious. Occupant A The reason behind why occupant A is more likely to be the driver in the accident, is due to the fact that occupant A had a laceration of the forehead. The laceration in the forehead can provide the intelligence that was due to hitting the individual’s head on the windshield. In order to achieve a broken femur, there must a tremendous amount of force and in this case it was caused due to the driver applying pressure on the break and applying tension on the legs throughout the impact. This fracture to the right ankle could be the result of the individual bracing the feet to the firewall of the floor throughout the tremendous impact. Also, the dicing wounds to the right of the face, could be explained as it was mentioned that the passenger side window was crushed.
