Also be mindful that people can be allergic to anything: pet hair, pollen, grass, etc., so it's very possible that whatever is in there may be allergenic to someone.

Can medical science give us an answer as why we are not born as follows regarding our left and right hands?

The Thumb and Little Finger are swapped for both the Left and Right Hand.
Recently in March 2020 month, we performed the Munj of my 10 year old son. During the actual Muhurtam time ritual (which was at 9:52 am), my wife was not allowed to view this ceremony according to the Hindu ritual.
Is this a traditional practice in Munj ceremony? Why can't a mother see this specific ritual? What are the reasons for the same?

Mother should be allowed to view this ritual in "Munj" ceremony.
Definitely a serious problem that happens to this day with food manufacturers. For example, low-fat processed foods would taste terribly if they were concentrated with high fructose carbohydrates that mask the tasteless flavors of these foods. I believe it should be up to the consumer as to whether they would consume the substance or not. You mentioned lead contamination, but that's not a well known example. Here's a video:
