Question 1 

During winter, when humidity drops below 30%, then the surface of skin become dry, and immune system starts to attack the skin as shown below



When I soak my hand into warm water over 1-2 minutes, then immune system stops attacking skin.  Would immune system too sensitive? what kind of foods should be eaten to improve immune system?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would like to clean tea stain on my cup, and would like to know on following chemical is safe or not.

"Sodium peroxy carbonate meets water to generate sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide).  Therefore, this product is a physical decontamination product" reply from supplier.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try using bleach. It can be rinsed out without causing any harm.
