Bones of the upper extremity.

Description
The humerus of the upper arm joins with both the radius and the ulna, the bones of the forearm. The radius and ulna rotate around each other to allow the hand to turn palm up or palm down. The carpal bones in the wrist are connected to the metacarpal bones in the hand. Each finger contains three phalangeal bones; the thumb contains only two.
