Taenia pisiformis.

Description
This is Taenia pisiformis. Notice the scolex. It appears that there are two eyes but these are actually the suckers that are used to attach to the walls of the intestines. The parts that look like whiskers are the hooks which also aid in attachment. Remember that it does not use its sucker to get food; it absorbs it through the cuticle (its outer covering).
