The Laocoön
This work by sculptors Hagesandros, Polydoros, and Athenodoros is thought to be a Hellenistic original from the first century BCE, but may be a copy.

The complex composition relates a story from the Trojan War.
It was meant to be viewed frontally despite being sculpted in the round.
