Sea lampreys: petromyzon marinus "بتروميزون مارينوس"

Description
Parasitism = a relationship in which one organism (parasite) depends on another (host) for nourishment or other benefit

Some species live within the host such as protists that cause disease (i.e. malaria), tapeworms
Others are free-living, and have infrequent contact with their hosts such as ticks and sea lampreys

Some cause little harm, others may kill such as the parasitoid wasp
