Description
Apply forearm to the deep fascia of the back. Stand to one side of the face cradle; use the proximal third of your ulna to engage into the long erector spinae muscles of the back; forearm is parallel to and adjacent to the spine; hold your upper arm away from and in front of your body. Be careful not to place direct pressure through the point of your elbow. Hold 2–5 minutes until you feel a release in the tissues.
