Outside ankle press. Now, support the heel of the recipient’s right foot with your left hand. With your left thumb, find any tender areas along the area under the outside ankle bone (lateral malleolus). With your right hand, press the top of the foot downward (plantarflexion), giving a good stretch. Rhythmically alternate pressing and stretching the foot.
