Normal vs. Frank Breech

When the fetal position of the child means that the head of the fetus towards the head of the mother. This condition is important at the time of birth or in the ninth month because it affects the way of delivery. Diagnosis before that does not mean much because the fetus often returns to normal status, but in the ninth month can not change the fetus easily because of its size. If the child continues to be precarious and has certain conditions, it is possible to try to change the position of the child in the ninth month to enable the mother to give birth or a caesarean section.

عندما تكون وضعية الجنين مقعدية تعني أن اتجاه رأس الجنين باتجاه رأس الأم. تكون هذه الوضعية ذات أهمية في وقت الولادة أو في الشهر التاسع لأنها تؤثر في طريقة الولادة. تشخيص الوضعية قبل ذلك لا تعني الكثير لأن الجنين في الغالب يعود الى وضعية طبيعية ولكن في الشهر التاسع لا يستطيع الجنين تغير وضعيته بسهولة بسبب حجمه. إذا استمر الطفل مقعدي وتوفرت شروط معينه فمن الممكن محاولة تغير وضعية الطفل في الشهر التاسع لتتمكن الأم من الولادة الطبيعية أو عمل عملية قيصيرية.
