Methods to prevent pregnancy

1. Withdrawal (pull out method). way acne, isolation method (ejaculation outside the vagina). Women should know the date of ovulation (often two weeks before the next cycle) to abstain from intercourse before the descent of the egg three days and three days after the descent and use the method of isolation on other days. Not suitable for women with irregular cycles. Withdrawal method is 78% effective.

2.  Cervical Cap
It is a cap that blocks the cervix inside the vagina. 71 -86% effective.

3. Male or female condoms
Reduces sensation during intercourse. Male condoms are 85% effective while female condoms are 79% effective.

4. Binary pills are a double hormone or a single hormone
Do not affect the process of intercourse. Birth control pills are 91% effective.

5. Emergency Contraceptive Pill
If any other means of pregnancy fail and should be taken as soon as possible within a maximum of three days. They reduce your risk of pregnancy by up to 95%.

6. IUD. The ring is  inserted into the uterine cavity prevents fertilization of the egg. The ring is 91% effective.

7. Birth Control Shot. The injection of contraceptive and contraceptive implanted under the skin.The injection lasts for 3 months and the plant continues for 3 years.  The injection is 94% effective.

8. Birth control patch (Contraception).
You need to change the paste weekly. The patch is 91% effective.

9. Vasectomy. Surgical intervention (severing the spermatic cord, or, connecting the fallopian tube). Vasectomy is 99% effective.

10. Breastfeeding as a birth control. When you exclusively breastfeed — meaning you nurse at least every 4 hours during the day and every 6 hours at night, and feed your baby only breast milk — your body naturally stops ovulating. You can’t get pregnant if you don’t ovulate.

the LAM birth control method can be about as effective as hormonal contraceptives (like the pill).  About 2 out of 100 people who use breastfeeding as birth control get pregnant in the 6 months it can be used after a baby is born.

Breastfeeding won’t prevent pregnancy if you feed your baby anything other than breastmilk. So if you breastfeed but also use formula, LAM isn’t a great birth control method for you. It also doesn’t work if you use a breast pump — you need to nurse your baby if you want your breastfeeding to prevent pregnancy. Breastfeeding is 98% effective.

على المرأة معرفة موعد التبويض (غالبا تكون اسبوعين قبل الدوره المقبله) للامتناع عن الجماع قبل نزول البويضه بثلاثة ايام وثلاثة ايام بعد نزولها واستخدام طريقة العزل بالايام الاخرى
لا تصلح للنساء اللاتي لديهن دورة غير منتظمة

2. الحاجب أو الحاجز للمرأة
عبارة عن غطاء يسد عنق الرحم داخل المهبل.

3. الواقي الذكري او الانثوي
يقلل من الاحساس اثناء الجماع

4. حبوب منع الحمل ثنائيه الهرمون او وحيده الهرمون
لاتؤثر على عملية الجماع

5. حبة منع الحمل الطارئه
في حال فشل اي وسيلة حمل اخرى ويجب تناولها في اقرب وقت خلال ثلاث ايام كحد اقصى

6. اللولـــب يوضع داخل تجويف الرحم يمنع تخصيب البويضة

7. حقن مانع الحمل ومانع الحمل المزروع تحت الجلد
الحقن يستمر مفعولها ل ٣ شهور والمزروع يستمر ل ٣ سنوات

8. لصقات منع الحمل
تحتاج تغيير اللصقه اسبوعي

9. التدخل الجراحي (قطع الحبل المنوي، او، ربط قناة فالوب)

10. الرضاعة الطبيعية كوسيلة للسيطرة على النسل. عندما تقوم بالرضاعة الطبيعية حصراً - وهذا يعني أنك تمرض على الأقل كل 4 ساعات أثناء النهار وكل 6 ساعات في الليل ، وأطعم طفلك حليب الثدي فقط - يتوقف جسمك بشكل طبيعي عن الإباضة. لا يمكنك الحمل إذا لم يكن لديك إباضة.

يمكن أن تكون طريقة تحديد النسل LAM فعالة بقدر فعالية وسائل منع الحمل الهرمونية (مثل حبوب منع الحمل). حوالي 2 من كل 100 شخص يستخدمون الرضاعة الطبيعية أثناء الحمل يتحكمون خلال 6 أشهر ويمكن استخدامه بعد ولادة الطفل.

لن تمنع الرضاعة الطبيعية الحمل إذا أطعمت طفلك أي شيء آخر غير لبن الأم. لذلك إذا كنت ترضعين ولكنك تستخدمين الصيغة أيضًا ، فإن LAM ليست طريقة عظيمة لتحديد النسل لك. كما أنه لا يعمل إذا كنت تستخدم مضخة الثدي - تحتاج إلى رعاية طفلك إذا كنت تريد أن تمنع الرضاعة من الحمل. الرضاعة الطبيعية فعالة بنسبة 98٪
