A simplified genetic linkage map

Tags
Description
This map shows the relative locations of a few genes along a chromosome in Drosophila melanogaster. The name of each gene is based on the mutant phenotype. The numbers on the left are map units (mu). The distance between two genes, in map units, corresponds to their recombination frequency in testcrosses.
