She has propped a bottle with additional pillows for feeding and left the baby in this manner unattended.

A baby should never be left alone while eating; the baby could choke or aspirate. Babies should not be placed on soft surfaces or have pillows, blankets, quilts, toys, or other soft items in the crib with them; soft surfaces and objects put the infant and baby at risk for suffocation.
