Title: LAST question. How are amino acids labeled in the TCA?
Post by: user12 on Dec 19, 2011
Show how acetate 1-14C and acetate 2-14C label glutamate and aspartate, which are in quasi equilibrium with alpha-ketoglutarate and oxaloacetate from the TCA.

Thanks for all of your help these past two days. I do really appreciate it.

So you want us to show you where the carbon goes when acetate is converted into both glutamate and aspartate?
