Neuromuscular blockade can be reversed with calcium. IV infusion of calcium salt (calcium gluconate) is the treatment of choice. Epinephrine is not indicated for aminoglycoside toxicity; in fact, aminoglycoside toxicity is not apparent. Decadron would not reverse the current condition. Nothing indicates that the patient requires magnesium sulfate. |
