Could the blurred vision be from high glucose levels also? Thanks
Title: Re: explain the physiology of blurred vision, patient has diabetes mellitus and flu Post by: clement90 on Apr 29, 2014 The word polyuria means excessive urine outoput, polyeria occurs in diabetes because the normal amount of glucose that is filtered is not reabsorbed. This can cause the amount to exceed whwt the kidney tubules are able to handle. The high glucose amount draws water into urine, causing excessive urination or polyuria.
