If the initial pressure of a system was 1.00 atm and the volume was halved and the temperature was tripled, what is the final pressure?

I'm assuming the system is in gaseous state. If so, you can use the formula PV=nRT to calculate the change in pressure.
The number of moles of gas remained the same, so n and R are constant.
So the new equation would be P(1/2)V=nR(3)T
To make the equation balance out, pressure needs to be 6 times the original, so the coefficient on both sides would be 3.
Thus, the final pressure would be 6 atm
