Title: Solving linear systems by substitution and elimination
Post by: theepicseal on Dec 18, 2020
May someone solve the questiona below for me? I’m having difficulty on how to go about solving this as I’m not familiar with solving equations in this format.

1) solve the following linear system by substitution.

x + 2y + 2 = 0
2x -6y + 9 = 0

2) solve the following linear system by elimination.

3x + 2y = 8
2x + 3y = 7

Thank you  :)

2) solve the following linear system by elimination. 3x + 2y = 8 2x + 3y = 7

Here's the answer to question 2, using the elimination method
