Title: what are the three neuron functional regions for signal transmission?
Post by: kanos on Apr 11, 2012
Would they be Soma, Axon and Axon Terminal?

The neuron is split into those 3 sections, so that is all that I can think of.

How would you define those 3? something simple. I have to create a picture and define each label.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply bio_man.

I figured it out, it took a lot of reading. ;)

That is the correct answer. Dendrites, Axon, Axon terminal
