Title: How many chromosomes or chromatids in each cell for the phases of mitosis and meiosis? Post by: ashyV on Aug 2, 2012 Hello, I'm doing a project on comparing mitosis and meiosis. This question is just one of many, but it is rather important. I would deeply appreciate any help on the number of chromosomes/chromatids in each cell for any of the phases prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase for either mitosis or meiosis.
