Title: Will the lactase enzyme cause milk to go bad at a faster rate?
Post by: Julieoct on Jul 10, 2012
Assuming that I place enough drops of lactase enzyme into a gallon of pastureized milk, would the milk spoil at a quicker rate for some reason? Assume that I keep the milk at a very low temperature, why should i spoil faster than milk which hasn't had lactase introduced to it.
