If an enzyme has either a loosely or tightly bound cofactors, what difference does it make and what kind of reaction will occur?   Any biologist or biochemistrist that can help me out?

Thanks!

loosely bound means that the complex switches on easily between working and not working

tightly bound means it is on all the time
