B, differentation means that the cells, which came from the original zygote are different from each other because they have special traits, they are on the way to becoming different organs. once a cell, say, starts to become, tough, thin and flat, its pretty much gonna be a skin cell, which would be very different from the muscles cells which are filled with protein fibers allowing them to contract
