Title: Can some one explain how do we replace exons and introns?
Post by: saiiranazashraf on Jun 24, 2015
I got this question in my biology class to translate this DNA sequence to amino acids

tataaaaccaggctcaaTTTTTTGGGGTG TGTGTGTATG...
gtaaggccctgcccaccagGGTAACTGCA TAACCTGTGT...
cacatgcctgtaccagGTGAACCCCCCAG AAAGgtgggc...
tctggcccagGTGAGGGCCATGAGAGAGC TGCAAAATAt...

I know the sequence contains introns and exons but i am not getting the correct sequence
