You could work in a human service agency that serves developmentally delayed adults and children or
adults and children with mental health problems.  Positions that are widely available are normally;
case manager
residential counselor
job coach

I have my B.A. in psychology and have been in this field for 13 years.  It is a very rewarding field on many levels.  It is also good to have some real world experience in these types of settings before going on to grad school.    Best of luck!
