Which one is high energy and which one is low?
And also what's the diff in energy between GDP and GTP?

NADPH has a captured electron, thus holding energy in the bond. NADP+ has no captured electron, thus not holding the high energy.

NADPH has the 'high energy'
NADP+ has the 'low energy'

NADPH -higher energy
NADP - lower energy
