I got a cut on my hand while cutting veggies and i wanted to know if my blood is bright red because of my anemia and low iron. It also took a little while for me to stop bleeding.

Your blood is bright red because it was exposed to oxygen.  That's normal.

i'm anemic as well so from experience its pretty normal for that to happen. But theres lot of foods that you can eat to help you such as curry chicken, liver, vegetables....... i used to be in the hospital alot because of being anemic then i found things that actually help me and since then I havent been back in the hospital for 5 years
