Some diseases, such as phenylketonuria, classical hemophilia, cystic fibrosis, and muscular dystrophy are a result of enzyme malfunction. Each of these diseases is inherited. Explain how there might be a relationship among these observations.

It's probably too late to be useful to you, but for the benefit of anyone else I would say that these are genetic disorders due to a mutation in the gene for the enzyme. The mutant gene can then be passed down from generation to generation.

AA these mentioned are genetic disease that follow mendellian basis of inheritance.The arte transmitted from one generation to another.
