Title: What is the formula to determine acidosis or alkolosis from ABGs in blood serum?
Post by: dragongirl on Oct 20, 2015
I know we received a table of some sort in class listing the PaO2 and PaCO2 ;evels and one other measurement, and then it was a simple matter of elimination.  But I can't find it in my notes now!

I think so, you are supposed to plug in the values from the ABG tests in order to figure out what status the patient is in.  I will have to get the normals and then I think I could use it, I will try.  Thanks!
