12 protons, 13 neutrons, and 12 electrons?
Also, what is the relationship between an atom with the atomic number 6 and mass number 14 and an atom with the atomic number 7 and mass number 14?

"Different forms of the same element. Isotopes of an element have different numbers of neutrons in the nuclei of their atoms, but the same number of protons. Some isotopes, called radioisotopes, are unstable and emit radiation."

And in case your wondering, the first two atoms are carbon, and the last two are nitrogen.
