Prokaryote is a unicellular organism lacking a nucleus. Eukaryote is an organism of one or more cells each of which has a nucleus.

Neither.  Penicillin is a substance derived from the Penicillium fungus.  All fungi are eukaryotes.

Penicillin is neither eukaryote or prokaryote.
It is an antibiotic (a kind of chemical) produced by Penicillium, a fungi in a eukaryote domain.

none, penicillin is actually an antibiotic derived from a fungus named penicillium notatum which is a eukaryote(all the organisms are eukaryotes except bacteria and cyanobacteria)
