I'm not sure I fully understand your question.
There are five kingdoms, Plantae, Animalia, Fungi, Protoctista, Prokaryota
4 of these, plantae, animalia, fungi and protoctista fall under the title of Eukaryotes (cells containing a nucleus, and then you are left with the prokaryotes( cells without a nucleus).
