molar concentration = moles / Volume solution

molarity is defined as moles / L solution

moles = mass / mw
mw NaCl = 58.4 g/mole

moles = 20g x (1 mole / 58.4 g)  = 0.342 moles

so molarity = 0.342 moles / 100 ml x (1000 ml / L) = 3.42 molar

20 g NaCl x (1 mol NaCL / 58.443 g ) = 0.3422 mol NaCL
100ml x (1L / 1000 ml) = 0.1 L

M (molarity) = mol/L
M = 0.3422 mol/ 0.1 L
M = 3.422 M
