For the mRNA and tRNA do I use the DNA strand or the complementary?

The mRNA is complementary to the DNA strand (except for the uracil), and the tRNA is complementary to the mRNA.  So, the tRNA and DNA are the same (exept for the uracil).  If the DNA triplet is TGA, the mRNA codon is ACU and the tRNA anticodon is UGA.
