I think you have to use the hardy-weinberg equation which states p^2+2pq+q^2.
frequency of AA (p): (.75)^2 =0.5625
frequency of Aa (q):  (.25)^2=0.0625
frequency of aa(2pq): 2(.75)(.25)=0.375
