I want to make a strong acid-base reaction maybe using somehting like draino or bleach and lemon juice or battery acid

Drain (the solid type with the aluminum turnings removed) is lye, or Sodium hydroxide.  This is a very strong and caustic base.

Lead-Acid storage batteries contain Sulfuric acid.  This is a very strong mineral acid.

Be very cautious with these chemicals.  These are not toys.  Either can "burn a hole" or remove patches of skin.  When mixed directly together, the reaction is so vigorous that the solution will often boil due to the heat generated.  Wear protective clothing and goggles.

I suggest starting with very small scale experiments in an area which is easy to clean.  Keep appropriate first aid close.
