Sweetie, I have a both Lunesta and Ambien. An hour after taking Ambien I can close my eyes and literally see sh@# whereas if I take Lunesta, bleh, you just go to sleep. Post by: oascheri on Sep 27, 2012 As you know, both are GABA agonists. Wouldn't advise it, but I would wager you can hallucinate with enough Lunesta due to dosing.

Post by: Oasis on Sep 27, 2012 well, i don't see how any of these medications make you hallucinate per say, lunesta is a sleep agent, and ambien is more higher dose. But beware when taking them like that as the results are sometimes grave.
