Title: Myosin's Crossbridges: actin-binding sites and ATP-binding sites?

Does myosin in muscle cells have two different crossbridges? Are there separate binding sites for actin and ATP in myosin? If so, are these sites the same as crossbridges? What are crossbridges? I'd like some depictions or diagrams as well.. I don't know how to distinguish a crossbridge from a regular rendition of a sarcomere...
