I'm searching from long time about replacement for laminar air flow chamber.
If any one know how to achieve sterile environment for microbial cultures without using any special laboratory equipments like laminar air flow chamber?
I've to finish my project soon...

You don't need an air flow chamber to do microbiology. All you need is to be sterile with everything you do, that is, clean the equipment with alcohol and fire, or even tape up your petri dishes and place them in fridge.
