Title: negative and positive affects of DNA before, during, and after trial

Discuss the negative and positive impact DNA has on three trial stages (pretrial, trial, and post trial. For example, keeping post trial in mind; is the potential of DNA leading some states to consider changing certain criminal laws, and if so what are they and is this a good move?
