All of these are among the criticisms of the Texas Constitution of 1876 except one
A) the constitution is not detailed enough and leaves a lot of issues to arbitrary interpretation
B) though the constitution declares the governor as the chief executive, it also denies him or her the powers necessary to perform that role
C) it reinforces a form of plural executive that limits the power of the governor to implement public policy
D) too many amendments makes for a disorganized government
E) the numbering of sections and missing letters makes it difficult to follow many of the amended articles
