i dont know why!!
what has the virus having DNA or RNA got anything to do with it?

The virus having DNA or RNA is not the main reason that this happens. There are differences between 2 structural proteins called "virus factories" and "aggresomes." Because of the mobility of the autophagosomes, viruses can find other places to replicate. This happens in conjunction with the fact that cellular membranes can be rearranged by viral replication. Presence of proteasome inhibitors also assist with the protein degradation.

Most DNA viruses don't encode their own replication machinery, so they have to use the host's, which happens to be in the nucleus.

The exceptions are the poxviruses, which do encode everything they need and replicate in the cytosol, and the influenza viruses, which while RNA still replicated in the nucleus.

There's an exception for everything.
