What is the most amount of money they can be sued for. For example, I believe for malpractice of a general surgeon, it's $250,000 or something like that.

There are no caps in civil suits. There SHOULD be, but there aren't. $250,000 is laughable. Think 100 times that. Title: What is the maximum amount of money you could sue a forensic pathologist?
