Title: Is the anther itself haploid or diploid?
Post by: askhan on Dec 12, 2012
This is on a flower.  I don't care whether the pollen it produces is haploid or diploid, what is the anther, haploid or diploid?

I want to say diploid, but I don't really have anything to back it up with, but, for some reason I don't think its a haploid.
