Title: What is the definition of net force zero?

This is one of my science questions cuz i know what net force is just not net force zero. So help!
If you answer mine I'll answer yours.

If an object does not accelerate, then the net force is zero. The net force however is not defined to always equal zero.

Fnet = 0 represents a state of unaccelerated motion.  The velocity is constant (and can be zero)

When we sum up all the forces, each of which is a vector, we have F = SUM(f) = ma; where F is the net force.  When all the forces sum up to zero, SUM(f) = 0 = F = ma, the net force has a value of zero.  And that means, the acceleration of the mass, m, that all those forces are acting on is a = 0.  That results because F = ma = 0 = m0 since the mass, m, is non-zero.
