Post by: rivale on Jan 18, 2013 I have seen patients who got a recommendation to travel to another country where a procedure being used was not yet approved in the US. Some people lately have traveled to Israel or to Germany for Stem Cell treatments. How well they worked I do not know. But I have seen the option given.
