No, the capitals are the dominant trait and the lower are the recessive. That's all that is, so I don't think there is a way to know if they are genotype or phenotype because all they are right now are letters that mean dominant and recessive traits.
If you had "Gg", for example, that would be a genotype, it's the gene. If you had "Black Fur", that would be a phenotype because that is what it looks like.
