NaHCO3 (s) --- Na+ (aq) + HCO3- (aq)

If NaHCO3 is reacted with an acid, the reaction will liberate CO2

Hence
NaHCO3 + H+ = Na+ + H2O + CO2

So the ratios are all  1:1::1:1:1
