I need to calculate the mass of anhydrous sodium carbonate that would be required to prepare 250ml of a standard solutionwith which to titrate?

Standard solution is a solution of known concentration. The concentration of the solution is normally expressed in units of moles per litre, 1M solution has concentracion of 1 mol/L. Molar mass of anhydrous sodium carbonate can be calculated using periodic table of elements, and equals 105.985 g/mol. Disolving 105.985 g of anhydrous sodium carbonate in 1 L of water makes a 1M solution of anhydrous sodium carbonate. For 250 ml of 1M solution, you need 26.496 g of anhydrous sodium carbonate.
